TCC has been providing reliable Telephone services for over 40 years. But that doesn't mean we provide 40 year old phone service! We sell the latest services and features plus the latest telephone equipment!
 TCC uses the latest electronics to provide the best quality and reliability, even in extreme circumstances such as power outages, when cell towers may not work. We are also in the middle of our "Fiber To The Home" project which will dramatically improve the services we offer over our phone lines (Phone, Internet, Cable TV, etc)
Not only do we provide primary telephone services, but we also have a lot of features and services that you just can't find with a cell phone or "Internet phone" include Mainstreet Messenger emergency phones, Comm Portal online phone logs and feature management, Voicemail with Email Alert and Sensophone monitoring equipment. |

Aren't land lines unnecessary? Fact: TCC Phone Service works during storms, blizzards, Internet outages, power outages and when cell towers are down. Fact: Emergency services like 911 are not coordinated with cell or Internet phone services like they are with land lines. The TCC Standard Long Distance Rate is 12 Cents per Minute, to anywhere in the Continential U.S. and at any time day or night. That's a great rate and it does not have a monthly fee or time restrictions. Just 12 Cents per Minute, anytime, anywhere in the Continental U.S.!
And TCC now offers Buckets of Minutes similar to cell phone plans so you can better budget for Long Distance calls. Just add a bucket of minutes to your account and each month, you get that amount of Long Distance minutes to use for one flat price. Choose from 100, 250, 500 or 1,000 minutes. And if you need more minutes, you can either upgrade your bucket OR pay the ala carte rate of just 12 Cents per Minute!

Other Long Distance Information and Tips

Use a PIC Freeze to make sure you don't get "slammed" by a long distance company. Getting "slammed" means being changed without your authorization. It sounds like a bad business practice, and it is... but it happens. Long distance companies send us a request to switch you to their service, and we must comply with their request without interfering. We change your long distance service to their company. A PIC Freeze prevents a change in your long distance service without written notification directly from you. For more information about Slamming, Cramming (devious long distance company practices) and PIC Freezes, please refer to the FCC Web page. |
