Windows 7, Vista, XP, Mac OS 10.5 or newer; 100 MB hard drive space; 64 MB Available RAM; TCC Internet service in good standing, regular High-Speed Internet connectivity.

Open your Online Backup icon on your desktop and click Support link. Or call Security Coverage at 1-877-373-3320. Your Online Backup includes 24/7 support for Online Backup related issues. Online Backup also contains a Help file (at the top) which offers instructions for all aspects of the Online Backup service from getting started to recovering files. If you need to change your Online Backup service, please contact TCC at 1-800-831-0610 or by email.
