Minimum Requirements
Windows 7, Vista, XP, 2000, ME; 75MB hard drive space; 256 MB RAM (7 & Vista require 1 Gig RAM); TCC High-Speed
Internet with regular Internet access (for updating). Computer must be free from viruses/spyware in order to install SecureIT.

Support Details
SecureIT+ includes full tech support to answer your questions and make sure any issues are resolved. To access support, open your SecureIT icon on your desktop and click Support link. Choose from FAQ's email or Live Chat (with Remote Assistance option). You can also call Security Coverage Support at 1-877-373-3320.

Guarantee Details
If you have problems with an Internet-delivered issue while using SecureIT+ services, Security Coverage will pay
up to $100 to have your computer serviced. Only for SecureIT+ customers. You must go through Supported Installation
(not manual) during setup and computer servicing and reimbursement must be at discretion and advice of Security
Coverage. Security Coverage will not reimburse for problems they were not contacted about after the fact or for
repairs they did not authorize/advise.

SecureIT Lite
SecureIT Lite is also available. SecureIT Lite includes the same protection as SecureIT+ but with web forum support only,
and no parental controls, monthly reports, hard drive optimization or guarantee. SecureIT Lite is $2.95 per month for up to
3 PC's. $14.95 activation fee per computer. Professional installation is included with SecureIT Lite. Support offered with SecureIT Lite is Online Forum Support

Online Backup ~ Secure, Automatic Backup of Your Files

Online is a service that automatically backs up your important files to a secure, remote location so in the event your computer crashes OR you are away from your computer and need access to those files, you are covered!

Online Backup also has a cool feature called "iFolder" which allows you to quickly and easily share files between two or more computers by dragging/dropping files into a folder on your computer.

Unlike most online backup programs, you can install TCC's Online Backup on as many computers as you like; you just buy the space you want.

iFolder

iFolder is a feature included with Online Backup for putting a special folder on multiple computers and anything you put in that folder from any of the computers is automatically and instantly available from any of those computers. It's great for those that work on multiple computers -- like a desktop at the office and a laptop at home or on the road. No more E-Mailing yourself files or putting them on a disk or flash drive which takes time and can get lost. Just setup iFolder on your computers, then drag/drop files into the folder and they are instantly accessible from any of your computers!
