How does Direct Bill Payment Work?

TCC works with your bank and automatically withdraws the money for your phone bill each month.

How do I sign up?

Just fill out the easy authorization form and include either a voided check, deposit or withdrawal statement.

Do I get a statement or receipt?

Yes, you get a normal phone bill showing the amount that will be paid with a message stating "Pay by Bank". Your bank statement will act as the receipt of payment by clearly itemizing the payments.

Is there a charge for the service?

No, there is no charge at all. Plus you don't have to pay for all those checks and stamps!

How long does it take to start working?

It takes one billing cycle to begin the automatic process. You just pay your telephone bill the month you sign up, and the next month, your bank will pay it for you.

What if I don't want the payment to go?

You simply write a letter to TCC and let them know. TCC must receive the letter at least seven days prior to the payment date.

How do I cancel this service?

Simply write a letter to TCC requesting cancellation of service.
