Technology Classes

Sign up for as many classes as you like. Classes are FREE and run from 60 to 90 minutes. You do not have to be a TCC member or subscriber to take the classes. If you sign up and are unable to attend, please email Ben right away so someone else can take your place.

*Description of Classes:* Facebook - A tour of Facebook: what it is, how to set it up and a live demo of doing all the common things with your wall, sharing, uploading pictures and more. Using your iPad - A hands on class showing you how to use your iPad including settings, downloading Apps, syncing with a computer and a brief look at the Pages App. Bring your iPad if you have one! (instruction is iPad specific and will not be congruent with Galaxy, Kindle Fire or other tablet) Digital Pictures & Music - Transferring pictures from your camera (chip) to your computer and organizing them in folders. Also, putting music CD's on your computer in digital format for easy listening or transferring to your iPod, cell phone or MP3 player. Bring your laptop and/or camera and/or music player if you have one. Basic Internet - Explore the Internet from searching to cool web sites to how to use and get into the settings of the Internet Explorer browser. eBay/Craigslist - A live demo look at the buying and selling with eBay and Craigslist. Not a workshop class where all participants will be buying/selling. Laptops/PC Basics - Explore the basics of your laptop features and functions and how to use it. Bring your laptop if you have one. (PC based, not Mac based)
