TCC technicians install the service at your location.Installation is normally a one-time charge of $25. That includes our line, outlet and connection of the modem to one device. Additional work including other computers, routers, etc. will result in additional charges.

Our Static IP's are "reserved DHCP" addresses which means your router/network does not have to be programmed with the IP, Subnet Mask or Gateway. By logging in to our DHCP server, your connection will be routed based on your assigned IP. You may host game, email, web or other servers behind your connection provided they do not interfere with or cause harm to other users or our network. You may connect multiple computers or buildings (on site or via VPN) but you may not alter or resell TCC service.
